London Fog: based on the London Fog hot drink, made with an Assam-Bergamot blend of tea (Earl Grey) and organic vanilla, and has a distinct black tea flavour while still being bright, slightly floral, and creamy.

• Ingredients Cream, Skim Milk, Sugar, Organic Assam Black Tea, Skim Milk Powder, Egg Yolk, Bergamot Oil, Vanilla Bean Extract, Cream Extract, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan.

Matcha: Organic matcha powder from Japan is used to create this simple, earthy flavor.

Milk Chocolate An absolute classic, this flavor is made with Fair Trade, organic dark and milk chocolates. It’s rich and creamy and pairs well with everything.

Mint Chip Peppermint oil that’s grown and distilled on a small farm in Oregon is used for this classic flavor, along with lots of Fair Trade, organic dark chocolate chips, made in-house. The end result is fresh and minty, with the perfect amount of crunch.

Raspberry Tastes like fresh raspberries and cream, so fresh with an almost yogurt-y flavor. This flavor is a nice blend between sweet and sour and looks oh so pretty pink in color.

Serious Chocolate This rich and intense ice cream is not for the faint of heart. Unsweetened Fair Trade, organic chocolate, is melted down and then blended with lots of cocoa powder to add bitterness and depth. Pairs well with a multitude of other flavors.

Espresso Flake For this warm and intense flavor we use locally roasted espresso beans along with a ton of decadent house made dark chocolate flakes. The chocolate is Fair Trade, organic and sprinkled through with ground espresso, making this ice cream a total treat.

Whiskey Hazelnut This Earnest Ice Cream original has been made since day one and it remains a crowd favorite. Roasted organic hazelnuts are folded into a whiskey ice cream. The end result is a little salty, a little boozy, super smooth and creamy with a nutty crunch.
