Fire Cider

Fire Cider is inspired by Rosemary Gladstar’s 1970s recipe which she adapted from an old European formula. To add an Aotearoa/New Zealand signature the Fire Cider recipe has been infused with wild-crafted New Zealand native herbs. Fire Cider is a powerful, enlivening vinegar which contains naturally occurring probiotic. 

 

Made with raw, unpasteurised, undiluted organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) with the ‘mother’ from Nelson, NZ,  made from sun ripened organic apples. To add flavour and heat, some superstar ingredients are included:

• Horseradish 
• Cayenne pepper 
• Ginger 
• Turmeric
• Usnea 
• Kawakawa 
• Horopito
